[TN-Bird] Immature Male Cooper's Hawk

Birders,
I'm not sure but I think I almost became a hawk casualty!  I stepped out to get 
the paper and startled an immature male Cooper's Hawk.  He had trouble getting 
lift and I felt the wind from his wing's downbeat as he flew inches above my 
head. I actually put my arms over my head.  The  hawk was apparently shopping 
for breakfast in my large boxwood just outside the front door.  I don't think I 
really needed that kind of excitement before coffee!
