Hi - I only have one other picture of the bird that I have just posted. The
rest I deleted a while back and the trash has been emptied since then as well.
When I posted the picture, I wasn't giving thought to the feet. Two folks did
reference the feet. However, one did suggest another possibility might be a
Bay-breasted. Does this help?

Are we basing the ID of this bird purely on the apparent orangish
tones on the feet? Because to me the wingbars and face pattern look
really more Bay-breasted-ish. I note that the legs appear to be in
backlit dappled spots of sunlight, and I am not convinced that those
orange tones are not caused by the backlight glow on dark
appendages. The color is very orange, not the duller greenish-
yellowish-grayish that a Blackpoll's feet might be expected to be.
