GSMNP Elkmont Sunday August 28, 2011
I observed Hummingbirds visiting the red Cardinal flowers that were blooming
along the edge of the water at Elkmont in the
Great Smoky Mountains National Park Sunday. The hummingbirds paid no attention
to me as I waded downstream fishing.
Hummingbirds can spot a clump of blooming red Cardinal flowers anywhere.
