Sunday evening I had my only chance to get out and do any birding (well,
actually 'damselflying') last weekend and went to the pond at Pellissippi
State Tech. Comm. College in west Knox County (east Tennessee).
A single GREAT EGRET was feeding in the pond.

There were also over 90 CANADA GEESE there. I had not seen any geese there
since winter. Four of them had collars and I will be reporting them.

Only two species of damselfly found: Familiar Bluet; Orange Bluet.

Knoxville, TN
