[TN-Bird] Goodies and Great Shorebirding

Good Evening,
Led by local expert, Kevin Calhoon, Jim Eager, Gary Brunvoll  and myself 
experienced a great day of birding in Hamilton County, TN. We  began the day at 
the Cravens House @ 7:45 AM. Left there around 10:00 AM. Here  are the 10 
species of warblers and a few other birds of note:
American Redstart - 8
Blackburinian Warbler - 7
MOURINIG WARBLER - 2; one seen well the other heard only
Blackpoll Warbler - 3
Tennessee Warbler - 2
CONNECTICUT WARBLER - 1; sang several times and glimpsed only
Hooded Warbler - 1
Black-and-White Warbler - 1
Canada Warbler - 2
Worm-eating Warbler - 1
Swainson's Thrush - 6
TRAILLS FLYCATCHER - 1 ( did not call )
 
We birded Brainerd Levee twice between severe thunderstorms and observed 13  
species of shorebirds there. The habitat behind Boyd Buchanan School is the 
best  I have seen in years. Have included a few additional species of interest:
 
Semipalmated Plover - 20
Killdeer - 10
SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHER - 4
Dunlin - 1
BAIRD'S SANDPIPER - 3
Least Sandpiper - 80+
Pectoral Sandpiper - 2 
Semipalmated Sandpiper - 12
Solitary Sandpiper - 1 (true to name)
Spotted Sandpiper - 6
STILT SANDPIPER - 1 (second county record for 2006)
White-rumped Sandpiper - 12
Lesser Yellowlegs - 6
Little Blue Heron - 1 adult
Great Egret - 1
Marsh Wren - 1
All swallows including Bank (1) except Tree
Blue-winged Teal - 2
American Coot - 2
Bobolink - 1 male, 2 females
