There were 2 winter-plumaged Golden Plovers in the plowed field at the UT
Grasslands Unit along Ted Davis Road near Lake Tansi in Cumberland County today
(Sunday, March 30). It's an ideal place and time for them, but they're
apparently the first county record. The Red-necked Grebes (4) are still at Lake
Tansi.
