[TN-Bird] Re: Glossy Ibis at Normandy, bedford county Question

I asked the observer for more details, specifically how he eliminated
White-faced Ibis since we can't tell anything from the photo. I haven't
heard back. This list was his first and he created his account the day of
the observation......

At this point, the bird is unidentifiable to species.
