While hiking this morning on Southern Adventist University's system of trails on White Oak Mountain in Collegedale A beautiful male Black-throated blue Warbler landed on a branch about ten feet from me. He stayed there about three minutes before moving farther away. We still have some hummingbirds. Yesterday we had at least six individuals. Today I am unsure but I saw two at the same time this afternoon. No matter what window I was looking out there would be a hummingbird at that feeder if I watched for a couple of minutes. We also still have RB Grosbeaks with at least four individuals here today. There were two males and two females at one feeder station.
