EGAL NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
The United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health
nspection Service, Wildlife Services (WS) program has developed a
onitoring report with an amendment to the Environmental Assessment (EA)
ntitled â??Bird Damage Management in the Tennessee Wildlife Services
rogramâ??.  The report assesses the alternatives, issues, and effects of the
urrent bird damage management program in Tennessee.  The amendment
nalyzes potential environmental effects of conducting avian disease
onitoring and responses resulting from an increase in requests for
ssistance in managing damages caused by avian species.  WS is currently
equesting public comment on the report and amendment to the EA.
nterested parties may obtain the report and amendment to the EA by sending
equest to USDA/APHIS/WS, 537 Myatt Drive, Madison, Tennessee 37115, by fax
t (615) 736-2768, or by visiting:
ttp://www.aphis.usda.gov/wildlife_damage/nepa.shtml.  Copies of the EA and
he associated Decision document are also available using the same
esources.  Written comments must be received by 10/05/2007, in order to
eceive full consideration prior to the decision.
