My thanks to Susan Hollyday for catching an error in my message on favorite
field guides. The date of the program at the Warner Park Nature Center is
April 8, not April 11, and, for what it is worth, the time will be 9:30-11:00
a.m.

The responses to my query so far have been gratifying. I don't think that
there is a more responsive group anywhere than this one. But please note that
the ballot box is open to all who care to cast their votes for the three
best field guides to the birds of North America. Comments are also welcome.
