I thought that this story might be of interest to those following the Swan shootings. I think that this person probably got off without punishment considering that his sentence included other criminal mischief. This person was not even a hunter. He was just out being evil. If I remember correctly he claimed that he thought that there birds were just ducks. Of course he did not have a hunting license or duck stamp either. I think at some point we have to educate these people not to break the laws concerning our endangered species.
