A Fox Sparrow continues at my house, east Memphis near Yates and Shady Grove,
today 2/17/21. First seen yesterday and a first for my yard. I also caught a
glimpse of an Orange-crowned Warbler, one present here all season but not seen
during the GBBC. And a White-crowned Sparrow made a brief appearance but was
chased off by the White-throated mob. White-crowns are rare in my yard. I’m
enjoying Purple Finches and Pine Siskins, too, among the throngs on this snowy
day.Stay warm and Good Birding!Gail King
