3/11/10 McKenzie, Carroll Co I have gotten zero birding in the last few weeks. Was delighted to have a calling Fish Crow coming high over my house, flying to the northwest. This is the first Fish Crow I have ever had here in town in McKenzie. We are at least 10 miles from the nearest suitable habitat for Fish Crows, which I do get occasionally in the Obion River bottom outside of town. Can't wait to get out, about time for LA Waterthrush to start warbler migration off with a bang! Good Birding!!
