Still good numbers of migrants around. I had the most unusual sighting earlier this morning: under a Mulberry Tree where a number of the little white wooly blooms? had fallen on the path, a large group of birds was feeding on the path. The site is just past the bathroom to the right, a good observation point is beside the large cutout titled "insect" Present were: 4-5 Gray Catbirds White-throated and White-crowned Sparrows Several Swainson's Thrushes 1 Veery 2 Gray-cheeked Thrushes I have never seen all 3 thrushes together, not sure just what they were eating Steve Zipperer was also on hand for the show.
