[TN-Bird] Fall TOS Meeting this weekend

Afternoon FolksŠ
  For those of you who will be joining us this weekend in Clarksville for
the Fall TOS Meeting here are a few particulars to keep in mind:

1.   Host Hotel is The Country Inns and Suites.  Exit 4 off I ­ 24.
2.  The Friday night reception, registration and field trip sign ups will be
in the conference room of the hotel from 5:30-8:30 pm hosted by the
Clarksville Audubon group.
3.   ALL field trips will depart from the Country Inns and Suites at 7:30
am.
 *  Please note that there is # limit for the Zinc Plant field trip on
Saturday.  The representative from the Plant informed us of this fact today.
We are still negotiating with them.
4.  Paper sessions will begin at 1:30 pm in conference room on Saturday.
5.  Board of Director's Meeting will begin at 2:45 pm in the conference room
on Saturday.
6.  Special evening program on Saturday night with Bob Ford will begin at
7:30 pm in the conference room.

 The weekend weather looks great and we look forward to seeing everyone.
