Speak of the wigeon...Ruben Stoll just phoned to report that he is looking at the male Eurasian Wigeon at the Buselltown Unit of Tennessee NWR (Decatur County) at this very moment (11:35 a.m. Jan 15 2013). The bird is in the first water on the right along the main road as you go in from the main entrance.
