I birded for 45min this morning at the Ag Center in Nashville and had a =
few nice finds. First, I checked 2 nest boxes that are poorly placed for =
bluebirds, but one had a Carolina Wren nest in it and 5 eggs (female flew =
out at me) and the other has a Carolina Chickadee nest and 6 eggs (and the =
female tore out and almost hit me in the face). The later box has a =
broken top (split in 2) and a month or so ago I just put the broken piece =
back on top, without nailing it in or anything. Now I need to get it =
attached!!=20

I had one singing White-eyed Vireo and Common Yellowthroat, and a group of =
3 Eastern Kingbirds. The kingbirds were unusually quiet and never made a =
peep in 10 min of flying around and looking at each other. =20

Not much else to write home about other than the usual suspects.

Cheers,
  Scott Somershoe
