Here are a few highlights from the Duck River CBC held yesterday. 1-2-2016
I plan to post final totals for this and the Perry County count when I get
everything together.
Species total appears to be 117, which is a new high for this count.
Three species new for the count were reported.
Red-necked Grebe (Seen from Camden WMA by Bill Pullam)
Orange-crowned Warbler 1 (Found on an island in Kentucky Lake, boat route)
LeContes Sparrow (4 birds along Refuge Rd. flooded out of their grass, seen by
many)
