[TN-Bird] Death of Roi, the Peregrine Falcon

There was an article in the Chattanooga Times/Free Press today about the
death of Roi.  Roi was a male Peregrine Falcon that had nest on a railroad
bridge below Chickamauga Dam near Chattanooga since 1997.  After producing
one young this year, Roi crashed into a nearby house on May 20 and broke a
wing.  The wing had to be amputated at the bend of the wing on July 4 at the
University of Tennessee Vet School, where he died during the night of July
