Do you want to know more about the Sandhill Crane events going on this
weekend? There will be several opportunities to learn about them on TV and
radio.

On Thursday, February 6th at 5:50 am, Dr. David Aborn, Assistant Professor
in the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences at UTC, will be
interviewed by WTVC-TV. This is the ABC affilliate in Chattanooga (Channel
9, Comcast Channel 10). Dr. Aborn will be talking about both "An Evening For
the Birds" at the Chattanooga Choo-Choo and the festivities up at Birchwood.

On Friday, February 7th at 6:00 am, Kenn Kaufman, renowned bird expert and
author, will be interviewed by WRCB-TV. This is the NBC affilliate in
Chattanooga (Channel 3, Comcast Channel 4). From the TV studio, Kenn will
head over to radio station WGOW (102.3 FM) where he will be interviewed by
talk radio host Jeff Styles during the 10:00 am hour. Kenn is one of the
