[TN-Bird] Clarksville CBC postponed til Sunday Jan 4th

The Clarksville Christmas Bird Count, which was scheduled for this Saturday Jan 
3rd, will be postponed to the following day (Sunday Jan 4th) due to the severe 
weather forecast of thunderstorms, high winds, and heavy rain. Meeting time and 
place will remain the same for Sunday, as well as the compilation afterwards.
