Yesterday before family arrived for the holiday, Roy & I did our annual Xmas 
jaunt to AEDC at UTSI...I believe it is in the edge of Franklin Co but it could 
still be in Coffee Co of TN...anyhow, here is the list & notes:
Horned Grebe 100+
Pied-billed Grebe 1
Common Loons 6+
Great Blue Heron  2
Buffleheads    5-6
Ring-necked Ducks  ~5-6
Ruddy Duck  1
Canada Goose  200+
Snow Geese 5  (white phase)
Hooded Merganser 30+
Common Goldeneye 2 (male & female)
Bald Eagle  1- almost mature
Red-Tailed Hawk 2
Turkey Vultures 3
American Coot ~7
Killdeer  2
Gull, Bonaparte's  5
Gull, Ring-billed  ~100
Rock Doves 100+ (Tullahoma)
No Flicker  1
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker  1
Downy Woodpecker 1
Red-bellied Woodpecker    1
American Crow 1
Blue Jay ~6
Carolina Chickadee  2
E Tufted Titmouse   3
White-breasted Nuthatch  2
Carolina Wren 2
Kinglet, Golden-crowned  1
Kinglet, Ruby-crowned   1
Eastern Bluebird  4
American Robin  2
Northern Mockingbird   1
European Starling   100+ (Tullahoma area- Coffee Co)
Field Sparrow    ~7
Song Sparrow   1
White-throated Sparrow    ~3
Eastern Towhee  ~2
American Goldfinch  ~3

Note:
No Kingfishers in the 1.5 hrs spent
No Yellow-rumped Warblers
No Red-headed Woodpeckers in the usual spot
No Meadowlarks
No Mourning Doves

Cloudy  ~27 degrees Farenheit 
11:00 -12:35 p.m.
