[TN-Bird] Carroll Co Rough-legged Hawk still present

Hwy 79 a mile west of Trezevent in Carroll Co
On my way to work this morning, shortly after sunrise, I had the light-morph
Rough-legged Hawk in the same area as yesterday afternoon. This time it was
sitting mid-level in a tree right on the railroad tracks, overlooking the
fields
to the north.
