I have seen several eBird reports for the Burrowing Owl at Johnsonville. Has a
legal (non-trespass) vantage point been found? If so, instructions should be
shared with the birding community.
NOTE: Due to very high levels of demolition activities at the site, plant
personnel are on heightened alert for safety reasons. No access to the plant
site will be permitted.
