[TN-Bird] Bufflehead, Eurasian Collared-Dove (Hamblen Co., TN)

Hamblen County: Whitesburg 

I observed the following today during a break in the rain: 

Bufflehead (3, at pond on Needmore Road approximately 0.3 mile from Highway 
113) 

Eurasian Collared-Dove (3, on Highway 11-E in "downtown" Whitesburg; this site 
is very similar to the one on 11-E in New Market (Jefferson County), where Dean 
Edwards and others have reported ECDO for over a decade; it is also only about 
two miles from Bull's Gap (Hawkins County) where John Rucker observed an ECDO 
several times in 2004).
