The Brown Pelican that has been previously reported perched on the white buoys just above Chickamauga Dam, Hamilton County, TN was observed this afternoon on the easternmost buoy of the three between 4:30 - 4:40 PM. It was also present this morning around 7:30 AM. Dan Jacobson Hixson, TN
