Sequoyah Hills Park at the western most parking lot near Scenic Drive
with the rock-building bathrooms...
35.929358, -83.973965
According to Beth Schilling who is there now with several other birders,
it is not currently being seen. In with a group of Cedar Waxwings that
are moving around the area. Has been spotted in a Bradford Pear, the
trees behind the bathroom, the large tree at the end of the parking area,
and into the residential areas.
I got a lot of experience picking out Bohemians from large flocks of Cedar
Waxwings while living in WA the past year. In my experience, the call
differences are often drowned out for a single bird in big flock. Best to
look for the white in the wings on flying birds or the white in wing and
dark undertail in perched birds like in Colin's photo.
Awesome find!! Hope to make it out there later.

Any chance of posting location information? I'm in the Knoxville area today
for work and would love to look for it before heading back to Alabama.
