Migration has been steady but mostly uneventful around the yard. Did have a brief look at a passing falcon earlier this week, probably a Merlin but did not get a good look. Thrushes have had a good showing in the Black Gums, but warblers have been relatively scarce... plus I've had a lot less time to bird this fall. A sampling below, all from today (5 Oct) unless noted.
