I had my FOS Tree swallows (2) over Lackey creek from the Miser Station Bridge
this morning. There were also 2 Great egrets and a white-morphed Great blue
heron. I had GBHerons on 4 of the nesting sites I monitor but 4 others had no
birds or fresh looking nests.

I had a Black-crowned night heron roosting in a Sycamore tree below the
Maryville Spillway and three more from the Louisville Marina.

Lot of water in fields and ponds from recent rains. There were 28 Redheads and
one Ruddy duck on Hitch Pond and 46 Redheads, 5 Bufflehead and 2 Ring-necked
ducks on Phelps Pond. A single Herring gull was amongst around 300 Ring-biled
gulls at Scenic Point.
