I have published the first post in a three-part series on the Hooded Crane
and its endangered status in the world, as well as, its recent appearance
in North America. The series focuses on habitat loss and the research of
Dr Guo Yumin at Beijing Forestry University and will conclude with his advice
about how to recognize Hooded Crane individuals, perhaps helping
Americans to distinguish this individual hooded crane throughout its wandering
in
the USA.

The second post will publish on Saturday the 25th and the final one on the
29th.
