Bledsoe Creek State Park Sumner Co. 11-26-14 (8:30am - 11:30am) There was a loose flock of approx 160 Canada Geese in the bay at the very northeastern edge of the park (along the Shoreline Trail). Mixed in the flock were a single Ross's Goose and a single Cackling Goose. They were moving around quite a bit, and both split time in the water of the bay and on the opposite shore in some residential backyards, but they were always in the company of some Canada's. A scope is advised; the Ross's stood out immediatley, but the scope helped nail down the ID. Later on I heard several Sandhill Cranes bugling overhead, but unfortunately I was in a wooded area and I never saw them through the trees.
