We did not find the Wartrace Black-bellied Whistling Ducks this Saturday
afternoon. The landowner did not see them today either.
Have a safe holiday.

Subject: Black-bellied Whistling Ducks in Bedford county, tn
There are at least seven Black-bellied Whistling-Ducks near Wartrace, (Bedford
County, TN) this Friday evening (July 2).
The ducks were seen by the landowner, Erwin Coggins, on ponds near Clanton
Lane, which is off from Hwy 64 south of Wartrace. Mr. Coggins said it was okay
for birders to check out the ducks. Clanton Lane dead ends into his farm.
Please be considerate of his kind offer. Mr. Coggins contacted Darrell Bernd
(Bones) of TWRA and Bones contacted me. And I threw my gear in the car and
drove to Wartrace. I found the ducks on a small island of the biggest pond.
