[TN-Bird] Black Scoter on Kentucky Lake

  I had another Black Scoter North of the bridge at Paris Landing State
Park this evening.
  I first saw the bird from Grays Landing on the Stewart County side, then
found it again from the Marina picnic area.
  The bird spent nearly the whole time sleeping.
