[TN-Bird] Bird or treefrog?

I think we have a confused frog. Or maybe a confused box?

Last year, at the Ijams Nature Center Native Plant Sale (a great
event, btw) I bought a bluebird house. At least that's what I was
told. I hung it up, but all spring and summer long, I never saw a
bird near it, despite my other boxes being full.

A little over a week ago, while doing yard work, I saw a little bulge
in the opening and went to investigate. I turned out to be a Gray
Treefrog (it never vocalized, so I don't know which).

Well in the last week or so, I've seen a Gray Treefrog up there two
more times. I'm assuming it's the same, but it won't say. Nor will
it tell me which species it is.

This leads me to believe I accidentally bought treefrog box, instead
of a bluebird box. Oh, well. I guess now I should go buy a Hognose
Snake box, as that is my favorite herp. Any of you know where I can
get one?
