1/9/09 - Long Hunter State Park - Davidson County I saw a bald eagle soaring overhead near the visitor center at Long Hunter State Park. It was coming from the direction of Couchville Lake and then it crossed over Hobson Pike and headed in a northwest direction. It's the first bald eagle I've seen at the park since last March. Also saw several Pine Siskins next to Percy Priest Lake near the visitor center.
