2/21 Montgomery County
I went this afternoon to see if the American Bitterns reported a few days ago
by Jackie Corbin were still hanging around. Drove to the spot where they were
earlier observed in a drainage ditch on the right and none were found, but saw
one a little farther (half mile?) down the road in a similar drainage ditch on
the left..

I also saw my FOS red breasted Grosbeak at the feeder at Beaman Park and FOS
Swainson's Thrush from the observation deck. There were also 2 Solitary
Sandpipers in Bells Bend at the Field that is usually wet on the right before
you get to the boat ramp
