Mike Todd's offer to advise birders regarding Maui reminds me that I'll be
in Anchorage, Seward and Denali AK in a couple of weeks with SOME time
available for birding and would appreciate any tips available, particularly
on spots around Anchorage and where to get off the shuttle bus to Wonder
Lake in Denali. This will be my first Alaskan experience.

N.B.: I am aware that I really need to go to Nome, (if not Barrow!), but
that option, alas, is not available at this time.
