[TN-Bird] Active Great Horned Owl Nest?

Hello all,
Does anyone know the location of an active GHOW nest? We have a youngster
(healthy brancher) that needs a foster home. Someone dropped him at animal
control and we have no contact information to re-unite/re-nest. 423-847-5757
