Thanks to David Patterson for pointing out to use common english names. I am new to tn-bird and relatively new to Tennessee in general so please forgive me for using code. To clarify my last post: David Hollie and I saw 3 Common Merganser(@60x) females on a log northeast of the Booker T Washingtom boat ramp. Other highlights include: 63 White-winged Scoters, 3 Surf Scoters, and 3 Black Scoters(All From Vincent Road). 20 Fish Crows, and a FOS (extremely early) Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (at Webb Rd.) Alas, No Red-Necked Grebes.
