Gera, I almost missed your question because it was at the bottom of
your message!
While your track is playing, hold down the select or enter key until
you land on the file structure and hear the name of the currently
playing track.
Click the back button (or home button on the Clip Plus) until you
reach the main menu.
Then go down to settings, etc.
Once you've checked the time and date, click the back button (or home
button on the Clip Plus) until you reach the main menu and click it
once more to get back into play mode while your track is playing.
