Hi Dale, connect your player to the computer, Using Windows Explorer or computer, navigate to the file named config.cfg in the root directory of the player, Copy this file, locate the .rockbox folder and open it, Paste the file replacing the existing one, safely remove or eject the player, Restart it and everything should now be fine.
