HI Dave, No, the Haven is definitely not a smartphone just like many other flip phones which aren't accessible. I have heard of folks getting different phones flashed by the phone stores to unlock them so they can use them with a different carrier. I have to wait for my wife to get home and see if she knows anything about it.
