unbilled so far. We set a £500 ceiling initially so you knew the score. I

Please see attached client care letter. One thing I have suggested is a
£500 costs ceiling for the moment, so I would then let you know when getting
close to that and you can extend to another level. It at least enables you
to keep a close watch on costs. I have asked that you let me know if you
