If you run "ps |grep torque" and get "org.prowl.torque" listed, then the process didn't get killed. That would explain your battery drain. Try manually running "su" and then "/data/local/usersuspend.sh" in Terminal. Then run "ps |grep torque" again to see if the process is still alive. If it is, there is something wrong with your usersuspend.sh. Do you have BusyBox installed?
