From what I understand the hanging system in the new library space is new. I
don't know what happened to the old one. Probably still in the old building.
You could always call and talk to Bobbi. That is cool that you where involved
with designing and installing it! ~ Matteo

Thanks Matteo! I helped design and install the hanging system at the old
community center/senior center (behind the previous library location) and we
had quite a few nice shows there. It was an expensive system and I have
wondered what has become of it, maybe the library was able to use it or maybe
it is still there on the walls? Does anyone know?

Thanks for the shoot out Christine! Here is some news: ;
I meet with Bobbi Schoon today, the Director of the Three Rivers Library,
and they have installed their hanging system! (It has been in the works
since their move last year.) So she is now looking for local artists to hang
their artwork in the library. Most will be located above the stacks, so out
of reach of people's hands. Take a moment and stop in to check it out if you
haven't already. There is a LOT of wall space both upstairs and downstairs
to fill. I will be putting some pieces in after the KIA Holiday Sale. Lisa,
I told Bobbi to contact you formally to spread the word amongst the guild
members but I wanted to plant the seed for people to think about showing off
some pieces! ~ Matteo
