Dear Vendors,
Thank you for participating in the Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce Fall
Color Tour festival stop at Corey Lake Orchards. Here are the details for
Sunday – PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ.
ARRIVAL TIME: Please plan to arrive during the window below. We want to
unload the vendors located towards the back before we start filling in with
others (like on a plane loading from the back). Once we get you unloaded,
you can start setting up.
Group A -- 9:00 to 9:30 arrivals

EVENT TIME: The event starts at 11 am. However, our market opens at 9 am
and sometimes people (and other vendors) will be in the vendor area earlier.
PARKING: When you arrive, please enter our BACK (West, Greenhouse side)
driveway. We will be there to show you your area, help you get quickly
unloaded, and where to park. We want to avoid a vendor unloading backup
yet give everyone time to set up.
PLACEMENT: You will be located at our loading zone area on top of the hill
directly behind the barn.
CURRENT WEATHER: At this time the weather looks sunny, dry, and low 80s.
Please dress accordingly and we highly recommend a pop-up tent or other
covering.
THINGS TO BRING:
· Drinks to keep hydrated and snacks as needed
· Wastebasket/ trash bag(s)
· Chair(s)
· Tent (optional)
· Folding table(s)
· Materials/items for display, signs
· Point of sale support, change, bags, boxes, etc. We will try to
help you as much as possible if needed but keep in mind that the CLO market
is stressed on weekends and we will not be able to provide change.
