Your probably better off having the user authenticate (Novell and second
factor) via Web Interface and then single-sign on to the Citrix Serves
themselves.

Subject: [THIN] (which) RSA agent on a Citrix server with Novell Client 4.91

What we need is an RSA Agent which works with the Novell Client 4.91 on a
Citrix W2003 server,
such that the user is authenticated correctly, both via RSA and Novell.

The RSA server is setup correctly and communicates correctly with the Novell
environment.

But on the client site (citrix server) we think we either can use RSA
ACE/Agent 2.1/3.0 for NMAS or via
RSA Authentication Agent 6.1 for Microsoft Windows.

With the RSA ACE/Agent 2.1 for NMAS we get an error.

And we do not know if we can use the RSA Authentication Agent 6.1 for
Microsoft Windows
to achieve what we want:

If we use the normal "RSA Authentication Agent 6.1 for Microsoft Windows
with the Novell Client"
we can chain the different Gina's:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GinaDLL =
AceGina.dll
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SDSupercededGina
= Nwgina.dll

But how do we chain them on a Citrix server with the Novell 4.91 client
installed ?
And will it work ?

--- Novell Client 4.91 SP3 + Citrix PS4.0 (current situation).
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"GinaDLL"="C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\ctxgina.dll"
"CtxGinaDLL"="NWGINA.DLL"

--- Novell Client 4.91 SP3 + Citrix PS4.0 en RSA Agent 6.1. (desired
situation)
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"GinaDLL"="C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\ctxgina.dll"
"CtxGinaDLL"="AceGina.dll"
"SDSupercededGina="NWGINA.DLL"

Would this work ?

We have asked our vendor but they are not very helpfull.

Any suggestion/comment is appreciated.

Thanks !
