Not unless the use plans to opens file local to the infested machine.
However, with that being said. The local machine can still record
screenshots and key log.

We don’t run Netscalers so we cannot do any endpoint analysis. I simply
need to satisfy our security team that “unmanaged” clients cannot infect
our infrastructure over ICA. Hope Im not wrong..
