[THIN] user policy not applying in Citrix

Have a Windows 2000 Active Directory domain. When user logs into a
workstation, the mandatory profile, domain policy and login script run
fine. When the same user logs into a thin client through an ICA
connection to Citrix, only the login script runs - the profile and
policy do not apply.
Any help?
