[THIN] [thin](nfuse)need to add a message to look at message center

We have some users that use 800x600, and with our NFuse portal displaying
in a frame, the end users don't always see the message center. I am
interested in adding a message that appears over the username field that
says 'look at the message center'. I want this to appear when NFuse
doesn't detect the Win32 client.
I tried to fiddle with it - but it is beyond me. I know that the detection
is done by /include/install.vbs, but I can't figure out a way to add what
I want. I can move where the msg is displayed (ie. over the username
field) - but I like that it shows up in the message center.
Anyone done anything like this? --
